Updates - finally!

Almost 2 months ago I said I would post pictures, and I'm finally doing it! We are only a few days from moving into our "new" home, and even though we've really enjoyed living with my parents (and sister for the last month!), we're excited to start living in our own place again.

I don't have any pictures of the upstairs right now, but everything in the house is freshly painted, the wood floors are re-finished, the electrical is almost complete (except for a few ceiling fans and the dining room light), and water is almost in working order.

On a farm note, we were able to purchase a greenhouse from a school auction for less than we budgeted (praise the Lord!) and our garden is growing well. Harper is a joy (and yes, sometimes a frustration but mostly a joy)! He is pulling himself and walking with the help of anything he can push. He loves the outdoors, especially his swing and the kiddie pool. Yesterday we shared a pre-dinner snack of blackberries at the farm, which he thoroughly enjoyed. :) We've started on discipline with "no", and he responds fairly well. Thanks to my sisters-in-law for their excellent advice!
